Our lovely neighborhood is located just off of US 231 in Wetumpka, AL. It is zoned for Wetumpka High, Wetumpka Middle, and Wetumpka Elementary schools. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Wetumpka’s downtown area as well as Goldstar Park. The historic Fort Toulouse state park is an easy 4 mile bike ride away.

The neighborhood has a great little park that is the perfect place for children to play or to enjoy a little cookout overlooking the Coosa River.

The quiet streets & sidewalks are an excellent place for an evening walk or a leisurely bike ride.
