- To all River Oaks residents, the HOA board will meet at the Civic Center in the Boardroom on December 12th at 6:30 PM. Access will be available at 6:15 PM. The Civic Center has an event that evening, so they asked that we park on the side that was the old Faith Rescue Mission. All residents of our community are invited to join us.
